Warfield's Student List

A list of 23 persons who studied with Warfield in one way or another. Often appeared as an appendix to articles or reports. See, for example, “The Asymmetric Learning Trait.”

The subtitle is "Only One of These Individuals Ever Took a Formal University Class From Warfield.” This manuscript was found in papers left by Warfield. He did not send it in April 2009 with his last shipment to GMU library. Twenty three names are given in a six page table of persons who studied with him in one way or another, the columns in the table are: Name, Positions and/or Achievement, To Contact, My Role. Warfield compiled this table in 2006. He sent it (with a copy of his paper Cognition Partition) to officers of the Kaufman Foundation in Kansas City. (details are in Warfield's Correspondence materials.) He contacted Carl J. Schramm, president of the foundation, and Robert E. Litan the vice president. Requesting a hearing to describe his work but he got a polite brush off. I believe this document was used in several papers, as an appendix or insert. I found it as an appendix to his unpublished paper The Asymmetric Learning Trait r.w. 10 June 2012
