NOT PUBLISHED NOT AT GMU It was one of the papers in a large note-binder labeled WORKS IN PROGRESS which I found Oct 2011. I scanned the hard copy in the note binder to a PDF filename <Science to the Second Power> since I could not find the original in Warfield's old computer files. There were 2 versions, one a simple page and a half WordPerfect document, and a second version which duplicates the text but displays in smaller font and puts it all on one page, along with a color photo of Warfield. Warfield submits a one page article in which he asks to offer a tutorial to Scientific American readers on what he termed "'Warfield systems science," - apparently it was a proposal which the editors of Scientific American simply ignored, since I find no evidence of response.
