Pages 158, 161, 165, 168, 171, 174 from Handbook are reproduced in a separate file of 7 pages, making it easy for the reader to print the figures separately from the entire book manuscript, so that the options profile labels could be studied closely. Warfield created this file in 2003, using the same figures which he himself had drawn for the original 1994 publication of the book. He kept extra copies of these seven pages on hand, to send out in the same package with the Compact Disk when it was sold.
