At least one and probably two lectures were scheduled for end of March, 2000 in Toluca, which was the semester we were planning to spend in Mexico. The Toluca talk was never given. Warfield and I both got terribly sick from flu or something. It grew into severe bronchitis especially for Warfield. We cut short the Mexico visit, returning to Annandale either in late January or mid February, I forget the dates exactly, but I am sure he never got to Toluca. However, I did find a WORKS IN PROGRESS note-binder in 2011 with complete set of transparencies for a Toluca lecture, and since they were saved in the note binder Warfield probably meant them to be saved as a good PowerPoint lecture of the future. He might have even put them onto PowerPoint slides already, I am not sure, but anyway I scanned all the transparencies (15 of them) to a single file and saved them in Jwpapers folder under Toluca-2000 presentation. I am dating the set of transparencies 2000, but Warfield actually prepared this lecture in Virginia in 1999 before we left for Mexico.
