In a letter signed by Alan G. Merten, President of the university, John and Rose Warfield are welcomed as Laureates of the George Mason Society, due to the fact that they have donated over a million dollars to the university (it wasn't cash, it was the appraised valuation of Warfield's video collection which he donated to GMU Library) I am pretty sure we sent a copy of this to Special Collections but can't find it in the finding aid list., so maybe the only copy is at home in a box, or possibly just on the home computer.
