"Case 2- Ph. D. Research in Public Policy" in Warfield's IASIS report "FOUR CASE STUDIES: APPLICATIONS OF INTERACTIVE MANAGEMENT," is actually a reprint (with new added title) of a 25 page paper titled "Demands of Complexity on Higher Education," which Warfield had written as Chapter 11 of his preliminary book manuscript “Complexity and Drummers: Part 2 Time Out While we Change Drummers.” (a book title later abandoned). This paper "Case 2-Chapter 11 Demands of Complexity on Higher Education" was also used as part of another IASIS report titled A Philosophy of Design. Also, "Case 2-Chapter 11 Demands of Complexity on Higher Education" at one time had the title "Demands Imposed on Higher Education" and was distributed to colleagues as An IASIS report.
