First is a brief descriptive 2- page paper written by Warfield describing a some of the work done at Ford Motor Company. A text page and one large problematique drawing was all that was there for Part 3 of the Report titled "Four Case Studies: Applications of Interactive Management". ( Later the 2-page paper became part of an Appendix in the IASIS report titled A Philosophy of Design.) The Warfield Special Collection at GMU has a copy of the entire Four Case Studies report holding Parts 1,2,3, 4. The reader is referred to Appendix 4 of the Handbook to continue study of Case 3. For my computer file of Case 3, I added pages 295-310 (Appendix 4) from Handbook of Interactive Management By Warfield & Cardenas. Since most of this paper is Appendix 4, which was published, I can't say this paper is "unpublished" but it is not published under the title "Case 3-Automotive System Design," that is for sure. I managed to get that Appendix 4 scanned and copied, from a spiral-bond copy of the Handbook which we had at home. Unfortunately there is no good computer file which includes those complicated Appendix 4 pages 296-301, I think they were all done in Ventura or something, so this scanned copy is about the best I can do.
