GMU DOES NOT HAVE THIS PAPER The 6 page manuscript was completed and possibly sent to Harper's magazine 2 March 2009, which is the date of the earliest file I can find, along with a 14 Feb, 2009 letter submitting to Harpers a copy of the abstract. I don't know if Warfield actually sent the entire paper there, but I am pretty sure his article was not printed in Harper's. The content of this article is also to be found at least in part, in the pages of Warfield's last book “Generic Design Science,” Chapter 3, which he was writing in early 2009.
