GMU DOES NOT HAVE THIS PAPER. This is a one page abstract, lists six concepts as subsystems of Science in the large. May be the full paper will turn up some day, but it is not very likely. There is no such title in the GMU collections. This looks to be nothing more than a good idea for a paper that never got written. I have been able to date it because of Warfield's heading giving his George Mason University address. He was in the Thompson Hall offices from 1984 to 1989.
