This is a peer review of an article submitted to Systems Research. Found in boxes of Warfield's old papers, in June 2012, this is Warfield's comments on a paper submitted to Mike Jackson's Systems Research & Behavioral Science journal, of which Amanda Gregory is the assistant editor. I am sure he wrote dozens such reviews during his lifetime, but this one is probably one of his last. Warfield did peer reviews fairly often, but this is the only actual peer review written by him that I have ever seen, so I thought I would just save it along with a couple of the form letters sent by Amanda. I don't have a copy of the article being reviewed, just a couple of paragraphs of Warfield's comments. Warfield himself was editor of this same Systems Research journal when it first got started, nearly 20 years ago Today it is all done by digitized forms and email, quite a bit has changed since I was doing the same job as Amanda on that journal, with typewriter and postage stamps and big envelopes of manuscripts to mail back and forth around the globe.
