An email request to the list serve editors for rights or permission for AJAR use of the posting , sent by Rose in August 2012 is included in the file. Note, as of Jan 22, 2018, I still have heard nothing. What a surprise.  Just to play safe I sent them one last email to try and find out if John's material is copyrighted because I don't want to put online if Vronsky & company still claim it. If I hear anything from them further, I will update this message, but frankly I do not expect to hear anything at all.  (r.w.)
