This is one of several short papers created by Warfield for his ECONOMICS ESEARCH project. A printout of the 3 page document is in his Economics Research note-binder No. 2 which was donated to University of the Ozarks. On three pages, in double columns, Warfield has listed alphabetically the names of dozens of men and women. At the beginning of the list he has a subsection, headed by the caption: "The Five Books That Reigned from 1776 to 1976" where he give full dates and names of 5 men and the titles of their books (Smith, Ricardo, Mill, Marshall, Samuelson).
