Warfield saved these program schedules and names from the MIT workshop which he attended in September 1999 and where he presented his own paper The program displays names and email addresses of 48 people who possibly heard Warfield's paper. The conference did not print or publish, or even make a record of having received Warfield's paper sent to Al Yassine, the conference chairman. But there is no doubt that John was there and did give the paper, because he happened to save and bring home this PROGRAM with the name John N. Warfield printed on it. R.w. 12 Sept 2013.
