Analytical Powertrain Workshop (A.P.T - 4), Tape 1 of 11

In this the fourth APT Workshop the Ford engineers are continuing to identify problems in the design work, with a recognition of importance of identifying which management level is needed for which decisions. An Actions Options field, and a Cultural Problems field are developed.

Sent to GMU on 23 Oct 2000. Sent to ASU on 6 Nov 2000. This was the first of eleven tapes made during a 3-day workshop. I don't have the dates for each tape, but they were all filmed between 25 August and 27 August, 1992 in Dearborn. We had two copies of the APT -4 videos. We shipped one set of 11 tapes to GMU and the other set to Arizona State University.

Analytical Powertrain Workshop Number 4 was the fourth of a series of five Interactive Management Workshops held at Ford Motor Company in the year 1992. All five workshops were filmed from start to finish and George Mason University Library has all of them on cassette tape in Box 58, Fenwick Library. It is hoped that in the future the videos can be digitized and put online.
