Analytical Powertrain Workshop (A.P.T - 2) Tape 1 of 10

In this the second APT workshop, Ford engineers developed definitions of anticipated attributes of the Analytical Powertrain (AP) and anticipated problems associated with its development, including an interpretation of the interactions among problems. The session produced an Objectives Field, an Intent Structure, an Interactions List, and a Resolution Structure.

Sent to GMU on 23 Oct 23, 2000. Sent to ASU on 6 Nov 6, 2000. This was the first of ten tapes. I don't have the dates for each tape, but they were all filmed between 7 July 7 and 10 July 10, 1992 in Dearborn. . We had two copies of the APT -2 videos. We shipped one set of 10 tapes to GMU and the other set to Arizona State Univ r.w.2/22/2007

Analytical Powertrain Workshop Number 2 was the second of a series of five Interactive Management Workshops held at Ford Motor Company in the year 1992. All five workshops were filmed from start to finish and George Mason University Library has all of them in Box 56, Fenwick Library. It is hoped that in the future the videos can be digitized and put online.
