In this, the fifth APT workshop, the goal was to develop a proposed sequence of activity to overcome cultural problems and to advance the design of the entire Powertrain system, with both short term and longer term action priorities and sequences. The group work produced a Cultural Options Profile for the Short Term, a Work Sequence for Resolving Cultural Problems, a Large Wall Activity Sequence Chart, and a draft report. The 5thWorkshop was the culmination of a year of effort and several continuing workshops at Ford, all done in 1992 under the leadership of Scott Staley and Warfield.
