Analytical Powertrain Workshop (A.P.T - 3), Tape 1 of 8

In this the third APT workshop, with the focus being system wide planning for an Analytical Powertrain, Ford engineers defined cultural problems among organizations or organizational components of the system which were standing in the way of a successful program. The group developed a Cultural Problems List, a Cultural Objectives List, and a Cultural Problems Field.

Sent to GMU on 23 Oct 2000. Sent to ASU on 6 Nov 2000. This was the first of eight tapes. I don't have the dates for each tape, but they were all filmed 18 August and 19 August 1992, in Dearborn. We had two copies of the APT -3 videos. We shipped one set of 8 tapes to GMU and the other set to Arizona State Univ

Analytical Powertrain Workshop Number 3 was the third in a series of five Interactive Management Workshops held at Ford Motor Company in the year 1992. All five workshops were filmed from start to finish. George Mason University Library has all 8 of the videos from APT 3 in Box 57, Fenwick Library. It is hoped that in the future the videos can be digitized and put online.
