The ninth of 9 video tapes about an Interactive Management workshop with the Winnebago, a Native American tribe. The Winnebago Tribal Council used consensus methodologies to clarify and structure problems and to develop options which would alleviate these problems. This series of tapes includes filmed comments by Reuben Snake, Ladonna Harris, Donna Vandall, and John Warfield.
