This paper was a presentation to the Complexity Symposium. The symposium was also in Shanghai, it had been organized by Xuefeng Song. It was scheduled for the same week as the much larger ISSS conference in Shanghai, but for another audience, meeting on a separate day where a smaller more informal group discussion among the participants lasted for approximately two hours. Shanghai's TongJi University is the institution which sponsored the event. During the symposium this PowerPoint Slide Show of 13 slides, developed into a lecture session including topics such as 1) "Thought Leaders" the men who have been intellectual leaders in what Warfield called "Second-Order Thought" 2) Sources for understanding and recognizing those types of human behavior which would work against effective problem solving. 3) Sources for quality controls in structural modeling 4) Only two methodologies are needed, NGT and ISM 5) Diagram and explanation of Domain of Science Model with its subdivisions 6) Books by Warfield, to consult for guidance.
