An Overview of the Interactive Management System

Often in use as a handout for Interactive Management Workshops, this short two-page article describes very briefly for persons unacquainted with Interactive Management just what IM is, and how it is useful in group decision making. See also Introduction to an Interactive Management Session

The paper is in Box 44, Folder 46 at Fenwick Library's Warfield Special Collection C0016

Abstract quote:  "Interactive Management (IM) is a system specifically developed to assist organizations in dealing with complex issues. IM works with organizations to design responses to situations that demand integration on contributions from individuals with diverse views, backgrounds, and perspectives.  A group of participants who are knowledgable of the situation are engaged in collectively developing a deep understanding of the situation, in establishing a clear basis for thinking about the future, and in producing a framework for effective action."
