This manuscript dated Nov. 11, 1992, is an outline of specifications for a DEMOSOPHIA - MEETING ROOM SUITABLE FOR CONDUCTING AN INTERACTIVE MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
No author is given, but it was probably written by Ben Broome, perhaps with assistance from David Keever, as a preliminary manuscript preceeding the formal proposal, which came four days later. In this November 11 paper, there is no sketch of the room floor plan and there is no cost estimate for most of the suggested equipment. However it is a very complete and well-written specifications list usable for any DEMOSOPHIA planning activity.
This file was found by Rose on the old GMU VAX account which had been established for commjunication with Ford staff, during the IASIS Ford contract. The Ford VAX account was closed in 1994 and at that time Rose downloaded this file to Warfield's IASIS office PC. On the VAX, the file was named but John changed the filename when he added this document to his own computer, and gave it his own filename (imw035) to correpsond with his classifcation of materials.
(Another file, \IMW036 formerly named CISD1.PS dated November 15, 1992, is the actual formal proposal, contains all of this same material here, reorganizaed into an official Proposal, with nice drawings of floor plans, complete cost estimates and a title page on which Broome and Keever are listed as authors.)This manuscript gives specifications for a DEMOSOPHIA - A meeting room suitable for conducting an Interactive Management workshop. It is a very complete and well-written specifications list usable for any DEMOSOPHIA planning activity. There is no sketch of the room floor plan and there is no cost estimate for most of the suggested equipment.
