The authors describe an undergraduate course on Systems Design, involving a group of 140 students, on the subject of curriculum in the Systems Engineering program at Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, in Monterrey, Mexico. The course was based on Warfield's generic design approach. Roxana presented the paper at a Saturday morning session of the conference in Austin, which Warfield had been invited to chair to present his design theories. Other conference speakers at the session were Scott Staley, Lynne Sullivan, and John Warfield.
