The page numbering indicates that this is Appendix C of a larger document. Possibly it was at one time part of the Center for Interactive Management office manual. Warfield says he did not write this and that it was probably a group effort of CIM staff. When I was doing the cataloging on this, John looked at this manuscript to determine the authorship and told me that it looks as if most of the writing was done by David Keever, since it looks like Keever's style. John (who detests incomplete, poorly written and otherwise inadequate reports) also commented that although he doesn't remember writing it, he is fairly certain that he himself must have reviewed and edited the material before it was finished, and probably sent it back for a rewrite several times, to make sure it covered essential points.
