Abstract: In this thesis, results are presented from a comparative analysis which was performed between two systems of computerized support for group decision making: the PLEXYS system developed by the University of Arizona, and Interactive Management, which had its beginnings at Battelle Institute. In addition to the foregoing, this document includes a brief descriptive summary of the anteceedents, the conceptual framework and the methods for using each of the two systems studied.
NOTE: Rose completed a translation to English in 1993, it is on our computers in filename THESIS.ROX and then revised in 1994 after Roxana made corrections in the translation for us now in filename THESIS.2.
