Proposed AIIM Facility - 1989, DRAFT

Summary: Pending
This paper is one of a Series of papers with group title DEMOSOPHIA FLOOR PLANS AND EQUIPMENT. In 1989 after the dissolution of their GMU jobs, David Keever and Alexander Christakis were arranging to start a new company, to be called AIIM (AMERICAN INSTITUTE FOR Interactive Management? or something like that). A list of specifications for the new situation room at AIIM was prepared, most probably by David. The list includes cost estimates for audio-visual and computer equipment and office furniture for the new situation room and adjoining support offices. It gives a good view of what might be needed to get started in doing Interactive Management in a business-like manner. Warfield's office received a copy of the AIIM specifications from David Keever in October, 1992, when David was working with Ben Broome to prepare a proposal for a situation room at Ford Motor Company. (The proposed AIIM corporation never did get started. AIIM. was to have been bankrolled by Morfopoulos, a Greek financier who failed to come through with promised financing. David got a job at SAIC instead, while Aleco moved to Philly and started his own business.)
