A Report on Interactive Management

Summary: Pending
This report is a survey and analysis of good and bad examples of interactive management, in which the author used videotapes made during two Interactive Management workshops - The DSMC Technical Managers Advanced Workshop (TMAW) held at Defense Systems Management College, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia on June 17-21, 1991, and the Ford Motor Company First Analytical Powertrain Workshop (APT-I) held in Dearborn, Michigan April 14-16, 1992. Both workshops were compared against each other, and also against the underlying principles of Warfield's generic design theory.
