GMU does not have this a copy of this paper found in Sept 2011 in boxes of John's saved papers, John had the magazine article photocopy, but it was orig published in Information Processing '86, H. J. Kugler, ed, Elsevier 1986. It can be downloaded any time now on the internet., but John's copy has marked paragraphs and highlighted sentences put there by John, so I guess I will scan and save it.
