GMU DOES NOT HAVE THIS Available on Google books, an internet search using title/author will bring it up as Chapter 7 of a Google book which can be viewed on the web. a copy of this paper found in September 2011, in boxes of John's saved papers, It was printed as a stand-alone article in this Wales journal in 1987, and Argyris sent John a copy of that first version. Internet search in 2011 reveals that this article became Chapter 7 of Argyris' book On Organizational Learning published by Blackwell Publishing,1992 with 2nd edition in 1999 and reprints for the next 6 years in a row. The article and the book became a classic. John's copy received Dec. 10, 1987 from Argyris, and was the first printing of the article anywhere, in Wales. I am going to scan and digitize this first printing just because it was the first, and keep on home computer.
