Interactive Management Workshop on FORD/VOLVO CAR CORPORATION C3P Cax/PIM PLANNING: Part 1 February 10-11, 2000, Dearborn, Michigan, USA; Part 2 March 8,9 &10, 2000, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Summary: Pending
Someone sent John a copy but since it was a confidential report he did not send it to the GMU Library's Warfield Collection in the year 2000, but instead kept it at home in his files.
This is another of Phil Ernzen's excellently prepared reports, giving every detail correctly and in full. ThIS IS THE FULL REPORT, NOT JUST THE SUMMARY. The report is in 2 parts, because the Workshop was held in a continuum at two locations, Part 1 at 4th Floor conference Rooms 3 & 4 in Fairlane Office Center, Dearborn, Michigan, USA, Part 2 at VOLVO HALLEN VIP Room, Gothenburg, Sweden.
This is a very valuable report which would be of use to students of Interactive Management, not only because of the excellent reporting, but also because it concerned a very difficult problem of merging the operating systems of two previously independent companies.

Since this report is now quite outdated I believe it can be safely donated to Gmu if they wish to add it to Warfield Collection (SPECIFIED AS CONFIDENTIAL), . If GMU doesn't want it, then it should be scanned and saved as a digital file in Warfield Catalog project. I didn't scan it in May 2012 because my scanner won't hold 138 pages in one file, and I don't want to split the document into two parts because my scanner won't hold 70 pages, either.
For the time being I am placing the report inside the little wood cabinet in the living room, along with printed copies of John's publications and our home copies of the videos.
