Issues Related to Designing an Online Class in George Mason University

George Mason Univ does not have this paper John got Qu to write this paper while Qu was working at IASIS office. Qu was not a student of John's and never took any instruction from John except attending seminars as a student assistant. He was enrolled in Public Policy, was and was on a university payroll for graduate student office help for professors. , Qu's language skills were so poor that very little of an academic nature took place. John assigned this topic to Qu because it seemed to be lacking feature at the university and besides it would keep Qu busy. After Qu got done with the 39 page paper it was printed and sent to the faculty staff members who had been interviewed by Qu for the information. We never got any feedback of any kind from a single one of the faculty or staff recipients so don't know if they laughed, cried or got up off the seat of their pants and got a coordinated online service started at GMU. We hope it was the latter, but never found out. I can recall clearly that no one approached IASIS with requests for using John's decision making skills and software in figuring out the problems involved. But by now in the year 2014 possibly online classes are taking place. R.w. July 18, 2014
