April 20, 2014 IN December of 2010 Julie's obit was republished in Vol 1 of TheATLAS, which was the new online journal started up by Prof Atila Ertas, from his Trandisciplinary Center in Mechanical Eng. Dept, at Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas. Transdisciplinary Journal of Engineering & Science ISSN: 1949-0569 online, c 2010 TheATLAS Vol. 1, pp. 2-4, (December, 2010) I found the online published version also and downloaded it free from THE ATLAS, IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME article asn was in the newsletter.
