This is one of John's WordPerfect cells, it goes with the .pdf Cell No. 220 titled: Excerpt from the Impossible Dream The Man of La Mancha used to demonstrate concept of graphics as a language.
I think he probably used the sheet music cells for the first time in classes he was teaching in Spring 1999, The date on the Sheet Music as a Language cell (created) was February 1, 1999, and it was added as a last minute transparency to the Work Program of Complexity handbook used as handout for the Interactive Mangement Short Course taught at Johnson Center February 15-18, 1999, and also John used the two cells in April 1999 in his talk in Chihuahua, Mexico.
The page was published as Table 2-1 in John's book Understanding Complexity, 2002.
