A WordPerfect table, earliest date May 6, 2008. On same date was created also as RTF file, indicating it probably is in some paper published somewhere or at least distributed elsewhere.
The table consists of two parts, part A is titled The Two-Domain Theory. Part B is titled The Three Level Organization.
Used April 27, 1999 in presentation titled Complexity Implications a talk for Ivan King's group.
For that talk Part A was used as transparency # 1 and Part 2 as Transparency # 2.
The table A is two columns presents 3 elements of a normal domain and a complexity domain, listing their differences.
Table B names three levels as Strategic, Tactical and Producing levels.
