This file is in cellpack Vertical Coherence in Three-Level Organizations, presented in talk at Chihuahua, Mexico Campus of ITESM, April 7, 1999.
It was used again on April 1999 at a talk for Ivan King's group of Army Chaplains, in Arlington, VA
