PENNSTAC Plaque & Historical marker

A photograph of a plaque with Warfield and Bob House’s names. Located in the Electrical Engineering building at Pennsylvania State University, State College, Pennsylvania.

This link connects to the PENNSTAC folder on my home computer. There can be found a photograph of the plaque which is in Electrical Engineering building at Penn State University, State College, Pennsylvania The photo was sent to Warfield by Bob House, who had photographed the plaque on a visit to Pennsylvania years after he and Warfield were both there building the computer. Bob and Warfield's names are on the plaque. Warfield was director of the computer building project, Bob as Ph.D. student at the time was his major assistant, Prof. Tarpley was a senior professor at Penn State in EE department, and one of Warfield's early mentors. I put the photos in Warfield's VITA folder on my home computer. In the same folder I have placed another photo, of a historical marker about the PENNSTAC which is outside the EE Building, Warfield found the historical marker photo on the internet and downloaded a copy which he saved in his papers. Note: in my access database I gave this thing a category of AWARD, but it isn’t really don't know what to call it. (r.w. circa 2011)
