This is the ¾ inch tape. For the VHS see “Redesigning the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) for the 1990's (VHS version).”The video shows adescription of the 10-day Interactive Management workshop for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in 1985-1986. Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and the Nominal Group Technique assisted NMFS executives define and structure anticipated problems for the 1990s, as well as clarify long-range goals and options for the redesign of the NMFS in the future. Includes interviews with Bill Gordon, Director of NMFS and Alexander Christakis.
