This is the ¾ inch tape. Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and the Nominal Group Technique assisted NMFS executives define and structure anticipated problems for the 1990s, as well as clarify long-range goals and options for the redesign of the NMFS in the future. Includes interviews with Bill Gordon, Director of NMFS and Alexander Christakis.
