This is a small manual describing a computer software package titled COSMIC used to implement the System Dynamics methodology, which allows a dynamic system to be studied as it changes with time, whether the system is in a linear or non-linear, stable or unstable, steady or transient state. COSMIC gives the analyst the ability to include a wide range of continuous, discrete and stochastic events in the model, so the analyst's representation is not restricted to the limitations of a computer package.
