Part of an unfinished project. Contains seven typewritten and two handwritten pages.

A report written for a U. S. Dept. of Health, Education & Welfare contract. Presents a survey of previous Environmental Education strategies nationwide and advocates a new approach, which integrated ISM methodologies as a tool for environmental studies. Warfield introduces his RELS (Regional Environmental Learning System) concept as a model for how to think about developing environmental education through local initiative. Concludes with a review of methodologies suitable for implementing this concept.

Concepts of Managed Growth

Set of 31 slides to accompany a talk as part of the “Great University” project at George Mason University. Includes “Greiner’s 5 Stages of Growth in Organizations.” Folder also contains Warfield’s typewritten version of the same slides.

List of directions for facilitators/students which refers to the Behavior Outcomes Matrix as a starting point for constructing a new matrix, with discussion of how to fill in the cells.

Appendix to Conducting Collective Inquiry which was Volume 4 of A Sourcebook for Environmental Education. Part one contains a discussion of Interpretive Structural Modeling, the equipment used, strategies for obtaining equipment, a programmer's overview of the software package, a bibliography, documentation of algorithms, and DELTA charts. Part two contains a printout of the complete Fortran program.

Discusses the need for a socially responsible science and technology. Suggests the creation of a "Bureau of Standards" that could monitor developments in science and technology and ensure they meet agreed upon standards. Presented at Annual Meeting American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), 23 February 1976, Boston, MA.
