This videotape shows the workings of the Gennessee County (Michigan) Board of Commissioners as they go through an Interpretive Structural Modeling process directed by Kent State University Professors James G.. Coke and Carl Moore. Narration by Elizabeth Rott. The original video was edited and produced as a National Association of Counties program. There is also a ¾ inch tape of this video.
This videotape contains two presentations originally on separate tapes. The first is “Toward a Balancing Budget: Making the Tough Decisions” and was originally taped in 1979 in Genessee County Offices in Flint, Michigan and then edited and produced as a National Association of Counties film.
