Materials related to a seminar/workshop presented at ITESM (Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey), Monterrey, Mexico, 11-15 December 1989. Includes a lot of travel itinerary sheets and correspondence, plus a draft outline of the course, with lists of a large number of transparencies and Warfield papers which were taken to the seminar for use and distribution to the attendees. The manuscript notes also include class worksheets written by the participants.

This is “Condensed Patterns Relevant to the Science of Complexity (1997)” under a different name. Presented at International Systems Thinking Conference and Workshops, University of Capetown, 4-7 November 1997. Prepared as a precis for the EFL essay competition, this short chronology is a summary of the development of Interpretive Structural Modeling, and of the theoretical background supporting its efficient utilization, from 1968-1990. Written in March, 1990, it was used as the basis for the long essay titled `Generic Planning: Research results and Applications'.
