Product Information Management at Ford Motor Company: Interactive Management Workshop Plan
A 58 page manual, distributed a month or more in advance, written for Ford engineers drawn from several different departments to serve as participants in an Interactive Management Workshop on redesigning and integrating multiple separate software systems into a single system for all parts of Ford Motor Company. The workshop held 11-14 January, 1994, in Rouge Office Bldg, came to be known as the PIMS Corporate Strategy Workshop.
