A miscellaneous collection of documents relating to a presentation at the Arizona Club, Phoenix, AZ, organized by the Phoenix Chapter of INCOSE, on the subject of “Managing the Unmanageable: Overview and References.” Contains some correspondence and some PowerPoint printouts of slides used during the presentation, and some brochures describing the lecture.

A 58 page manual, distributed a month or more in advance, written for Ford engineers drawn from several different departments to serve as participants in an Interactive Management Workshop on redesigning and integrating multiple separate software systems into a single system for all parts of Ford Motor Company. The workshop held 11-14 January, 1994, in Rouge Office Bldg, came to be known as the PIMS Corporate Strategy Workshop.

The correspondence is with publishers, editors and publisher representatives, and also with Warfield’s colleagues, several of whom contributed to the book manuscript with their own examples of how they had used Interactive Management.
