Shows the workings of the Genessee County Board of Commissioners as they go through the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) process directed by Professors James G. Coke and Carl Moore, with narration by Elizabeth Rott. The video won a prize as the best of the year with National Association of Counties.

A filmed description of the 10-day Interactive Management workshop for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in 1985-1986. Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and the Nominal Group Technique assisted NMFS executives define and structure anticipated problems for the 1990s, as well as clarify long-range goals and options for the redesign of the NMFS in the future. Includes interviews with Bill Gordon, Director of NMFS and Alexander Christakis.
